Title: Chef de Cuisine
Reports to: Executive Chef

Position Summary
Holy Grale is looking for an energetic and experienced line cook to join our dynamic team! Holy Grale is a craft beer bar in the heart of the Highlands neighborhood.

Must be able to work morning and afternoon hours, be a team player and have a positive attitude! Part to full-time hours available. Pay negotiable based on experience.

Job Duties
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safetly and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
